Desert Care Network’s Healthy Beginnings program at Desert Regional Medical Center provides you with the tools you’ll need to get off to a healthy journey with your new baby. The trained, professional staff offers breastfeeding support and
educational classes to make you a confident parent and have a healthy lifestyle. Healthy Beginnings is designed for both parents-to-be and new parents, and its classes focus on pregnancy and infant care. Your additional benefits include:
Prenatal Classes: Childbirth Preparation, Breastfeeding, Newborn Care, Infant Safety and CPR
Follow-Up Visits: For mom and baby, we offer follow up visits with an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant Nurse. Assistance with latch and position, increasing milk supply, going back to work, breast pump help
and any challenges or concerns
Breast pump Rentals: Hospital Grade Pumps - Symphony for $65.00 per month
